We are proud to present Batman's iconic rebreather from Batman Forever, released in 1995, and starring Val Kilmer as Batman, Chris O'Donnell as The Riddler, Tommy Lee-Jones as Harvey Dent / Two Face and Nicole Kidman as Dr Chase Meridian.

Batman and Robin deployed rebreathers, whilst swimming towards Claw Island, following the destruction of their vehicles by The Riddler and Two-Face during the film's finale.

A rebreather, or respirator, is a small bat-shaped breathing device used by Batman and other members of the Bat-Family - a cadre of Gotham City crime fighters, almost all of whom have been trained by Bruce Wayne. The heroes usually keep the rebreather on their utility belts for easy access. The device allows the user to swim underwater for relatively long distances or breath when the water is heavily contaminated.

This rubber rebreather showcases a black bat-shaped body with indented and simulated vents. A white foam inner mouthpiece has been attached on the reverse side with self-adhesive strips, allowing the actor to grip the prop between his teeth. 

The prop exhibits some scuffing and adhesive residue but remains in very good production-used condition.

This prop comes with a wardrobe tag and an additional Certificate of Authenticity signed by a representative of the Warner Bros. Discovery Global Archives & Preservation Services. This guarantees its use in the production of the film.
