An original production-made medieval spear created for the 2016 feature film Assassin's Creed.

Produced by the film's armoury department for Assassin's Creed, this full-length spear was created for use during the spectacular fifteenth-century Spanish battle sequences that form the historical heart of the film.

Featuring an elegant leaf-shaped spearhead mounted on a full-length wooden shaft, the weapon has been professionally finished with extensive studio ageing to recreate the appearance of a well-used medieval battlefield spear. It's simple yet highly authentic design reflects the practical military equipment carried by Spanish soldiers and guards throughout the production's large-scale action scenes.

Assassin’s Creed (2016), directed by Justin Kurzel, is a live-action adaptation of Ubisoft’s acclaimed video game franchise. The film follows Callum Lynch (Michael Fassbender), who is forced to relive the memories of his 15th-century ancestor, Aguilar de Nerha, through revolutionary technology known as the Animus.
