Star Trek: Romulan Rifle

A Romulan disruptor rifle from J.J. Abrams much-loved 2009 reboot of the Star Trek motion picture franchise, starring Chris Pine, Zachary Qunito, Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana, John Cho and Aton Yelchin.

This rifle was deployed by a Romulan throughout the film, and Kirk (Chris Pine) uses a Romulan rifle at the climax of the tense and exciting action sequence on the drilling platform on Vulcan.

The rifle is made from dense rubber and introduces a fresh, intriguing and highly imaginative variation on the classic weapon. The design features a serrated blade on the tip, numerous clear garrotte-styled wires running along both sides of the weapon and is finished with layered 'rusted' metallic paint. This elusive and highly collectible weapon from one of cinema and TV’s most successful and enduring franchises was originally sold at a charity auction in 2010. It remains in very good condition.
